Kassandra Knieling – Director
My Story
Kassandra’s passion for working with children began at just 11 years old, when she started volunteering in her church’s children’s ministry. Since then, she has devoted her life to nurturing and educating children of all ages. At 17, Kassandra began working professionally in a full-time role in an infant classroom, launching what would become a deeply rewarding career in early childhood education.
Over the years, she has gained hands-on experience with children ranging from 6 weeks old through middle school age. Her warm, faith-filled approach and leadership abilities are grounded in years of experience and formal training. Kassandra holds a Director’s Certificate from Shade Tree Learning and is a proud graduate of Lifestyle Christianity University (LCU), where she strengthened her spiritual foundation and leadership skills.
Kassandra was raised in a Christian household and made the personal decision to wholeheartedly follow Christ at the age of 18. Her relationship with Jesus is the foundation of everything she does, and she pursues the Lord daily through prayer, reading Scripture, and attending her local church. Her faith shapes her vision for Little Ark and the loving environment she strives to create for every child and family
Laura Bradley – Assistant Director
My Story
Laura Bradley brings over 30 years of experience in early childhood education, including 15 years in administrative leadership. Her journey in childcare has been marked by a deep passion for nurturing the whole child—emotionally, spiritually, and developmentally. She holds certifications in Mental Health Coaching and Youth Mental Health Coaching and is currently pursuing her Life Coaching certification and her Childcare Directors Certification as part of her ongoing dedication to growth and excellence in the field.
Laura’s love for Jesus and children shines through in everything she does. Raised in a Christian home, she has walked closely with the Lord for many years and is committed to serving Him through her work. She serves faithfully in her church’s children’s ministry, where she shares God’s love with young hearts and supports families with grace, wisdom, and prayer. Her faith is a daily part of her life, and she deeply values the opportunity to incorporate biblical principles into her work with children and staff.
Her experience extends beyond the classroom—Laura is a proud mother of three and a joyful grandmother of two, giving her a well-rounded understanding of parenting through all seasons. When she is not at Little Ark, she enjoys gardening, spending time with her family, and staying rooted in her church community.
She is honored to serve as Assistant Director and is excited to come alongside families to create a safe, faith-filled environment where children can grow, thrive, and feel the love of Jesus every day.
